BAB Returns System Training
About Lesson

This training video was created some years ago. so some updates have been made to the returns system and the requirements of the BAB has changed to comply with the insurance company and GDPR.

In our video training course we advise that is is acceptable to use the email address of association registrar instead of the personal email address of a member. This is only to be used in EXCEPTIONAL cercumstances when a member does NOT have their own email address.
